Dear Patients,

After much thought, I have decided to close my medical practice. As many of you have noticed, I have slowly been reducing my time at the clinic in an attempt to balance my family and work life. I now realize that I need to spend more time with my family and pursue a few new opportunities.

My last day at Care4You Medical Centre will be September 30, 2020.

After much effort to find a replacement, it has become a reality that there will be no one to replace me. None of the other physicians at Care4You Medical are able to take on new patients. Each of my patients will need to find a new physician at a different clinic. The Fraser Northwest Division has established a waitlist for patients seeking a family doctor in New West and Tri-Cities. I will be spending the next few months following up results and referrals. I am available to organize chart transfers.
