What Is a Nurse Practitioner?
A Nurse Practitioner (NP) is an advanced practice registered nurse with graduate-level education and extensive clinical training. How to join NP Katy Chapman’s Waitlist:

She is unable to accept patients who are attached to a provider currently. This is strictly enforced due to her contract, so please refrain from placing your name on the list if you have a practitioner. This will be verified during our intake process.
